So, now that we know that armor, armor skins and weapon skins are literally being ADDED to the game Halo 4, I’d like it if certain achievements from past games could unlock things in Halo 4. I’m not asking for much, just some emblems or something. Here are the ideas that I had.
Halo Wars Campaign Completed on Legendary - Spirit of Fire emblem
Halo: Reach Campaign Completed on Legendary Solo - Noble Team emblem
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Campaign Completed on Legendary Solo -
Forerunner or Monitor Symbol emblem
Halo 3: ODST Campaign Completed on Legendary - Flaming Skull emblem with Drop Pod background
Halo 3 Campaign Completed on Legendary - One or Two Halo Rings emblem with The Ark as a background
And maybe an emblem of the Didact’s mask for completing every chapter of Spartan Ops Season 1 on Legendary.
So what do you think?

I would have liked to see past, and even current, achievements unlock things in H4, not just emblems. Something like this:
Campaign complete: Emblem
Heroic: Weapon skin
Legendary: Armour set
Legendary solo (Reach and Halo 4 only): Something else
Possible ideas:
Halo 1 (via CEA): Reclaimer emblem, classic magnum skin, Mark V armour
Halo 2 (PC version has achievements): Since it’s only the PC, maybe it should be restricted to campaign complete unlocks the mark of shame emblem
Halo 3: Not sure on the emblem, classic BR skin, Mark VI armour (from Halo 3)
Halo wars: Since it is quite different from other Halo games, maybe just go with the Spirit of Fire emblem. It is a cool one. I was considering Mark IV, but it changes appearence and looks similar to mark V and VI.
ODST: ODST emblem, black magnum skin, ODST armour.
Reach: Noble team emblem, Reach AR skin (yellow stripe), Mark V armour (Standard Noble 6), Carter’s Helmet for solo.
Halo 4: Infinity emblem, some kind of weapon, Mark VI armour, Didact helmet for solo.
There are also achievements for skulls, in Halo 3, Halo 3 MP, Halo CEA and wars. You could consider awarding things for skull hunters:
25% of skulls: Skull emblem
50%: Dutch’s ODST helmet
75%: Emile’s EVA helmet
100%: Haunted helmet
