Make the resources spendable by the team on upgrades for their base. Including changing the surrounding area to add defensive walls, choke points, turrets, launch points, underground tunnels or traps. Spawn various weapon sets like melee, explosives, rifles long range, or burst, or shields. Spawn vehicles, upgrade vehicles, shorten respawn timers for them. Spawn a squad of npcs to defend a position or attack another. Purchase air support like bombardments or uav etc. increase teams overall speed or armor. A super weapon or variation of one of the previous categories. Increase a map size and have a spontaneous match of 30 vs 30.
For the victory conditions and paths you can set 20 min team death match, first to a specific number, potentially a large number for large team builds, capture a zone, first to capture the opposing teams main core wins, match resets, losing team gets a mineral bonus and winning team gets a point, both bases reset, capturing front line zones spawns smaller versions of surrounding area, like a turret or a large choke point etc.
For voting allow everyone on the team to vote, they yse their points and the total pt leader is what happens in the match, theres a base points given for people whi suck, point leader on each team has a vote that carries more weight and is the tie breaker. Open a dialog pad option to vote, message alerts you of options or timer for vote.
