First of all the voice of the multiplayer announcer in all Halo games (Jeff Steitzer) is very unique and it is one of the most recognizable thing in the industry. I like his voice in Halo 5 also, and that Perrrrrfect medal never gets old.
It will be great though, if you find the time and resources to give us the option to choose different announcers in multiplayer. For example Master Chief, Sergeant Johnson and others. I would love to hear Cortana or the Arbiter saying double kill or Perfect 
. Agent Locke and some of the enemies would also be a nice addition to that.
You can make those alternative multiplayer announcers unlockables trough certain means (achievements or rank) or add them via free updates over time. After all you want us to play that game a lot and I think this will be a nice fresh addition to the experience.
I’m even willing to pay for them $1 or $2 which leads me to an idea about monetizing the game after launch. Make all future map packs free, and charge only for cosmetic stuff like alternative announcers weapon skins etc. That way you will not split the community by “who has the maps and who doesn’t”, and you can add new and fresh stuff without affecting the core gameplay.
Right now I’m playing non stop the Halo 5 beta and I love every bit of it. The Sprint, the thruster pack, new ground pound ability, the movement and how the weapons feel… everything seems right to me. You did a great job!
Sprinting is very well balanced as your shields do not recharge while sprinting, and you can’t start running while under fire.

Jen Taylors voice would be welcomed as an announcer choice
We all know Kieth David would provide the best voice.

Even if the voices were random on each medal wouldn’t be so bad even. I like the one Jeff just fine right now, don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t want His vocal to go away. Maybe a different announcer for an individual map that made sense to the story? In any case it would be welcome.
Yes, I would like this as a customizable option that is hard to unlock. Maybe unlock the Master Chief one by beating the campaign on Heroic or Legendary?

Yes in Reach there was introduced a similar concept.

Well an option for Announcer Fiesta, which randomly mixes all the announcers you have unlocked also sounds like a cool option. Although I don’t know how this would work from a technical stand point.
I would love this to be implemented. Besides Master Chief I think Lasky would make a great announcer.
If they made this happen, and made it unlockable through beating the campaign through legendary, or heroic, etc it would motivate everyone to try the game out on a harder difficulty! The thought of the Master Chief saying “Hail Mary” or “Slayer” makes my inner Halo fanboyness crawl.

Very good idea, might be a bit too much work for too little gain for 343i to implement though. Could see it being a micro transaction after launch certainly

Now with the recent news from game informer that confirmed that the map packs will be free, the idea for different announcer and other cosmetic stuff seems more prominent.

Though I did like the Firefight voice chatter.
It would be cool with different voices though I like the default.

I seriously want the Arbiters voice to be in multiplayer as the person who says stuff like Killing spree and Breakout, that’d be AWESOME!!! 
I really want that to happen now, that will make me love this even more. Like I mean, who doesn’t want the Arbiter as your Leader?
I would love to have Sgt. Johnson as an announcer in Warzone. Jeff Steitzer can stay in Arena, though. Wouldn’t wanna replace him.
Glad that my wishful thinking back when I made thia thread is starting to materialize with the announcement of the Voice Pack. I hope there will be more characters to come.
Allow me to continue with my wishful thinking the more option s to customize our experience the better. Especially if someone lokenme spends a lot of time in game.
The first thing that comes to my mind is the option for choosing a different hud (design/cover). 343 can easily take some from the campaign as playing with a different spartan in it has a different hud.
The ability to change the dynamic background in the main menu will also be a fresh touch.
