idea-Spike grenade To Return as a Power Grenade

The spike grenade was pretty cool, but it RARELY every go to be used for what it did “stick to stuff and then shoot spikes opposite the direction of what it was stuck onto”

people just used it like it was a sticky grenade in Halo 3. Nothing unique.

But in Halo 4, what would be cool is if a similar grenade that functioned the same was introduced, but this time it was more powerful. Oh and FYI, More Powerful = More spikes shoot out, the spikes have more spread, and they are also very deadly (3 or 4 spikes needed to kill), spikes have longer airtime and travel farther (and ricochet more)

and, to make up for this buff, this grenade should be less common on maps, and players will be delighted when they find one.

It would take skill, because you would have to land it either on a wall close enough to your target, or even on the ground. If you were being chased by an enemy and their was a cieling above you, just stick it on the cieling with good aim and they are dead

I strongly believe that spike grenades should, a) return, and b) no longer be able to stick to players. I think that if they stick only to the environment, then they will perfectly complement the plasma grenades, which stick only to players and not to the environment.

Yes that would be fair… and they only show up on maps with tight spaces and tunnels so that they have places to be ricocheted off of and into the enemies FACE

I think the third grenade type will be Forerunner grenades that look like mini-Guilty Sparks XD

“This is highly unortho-- SPLAT!”

“I am 343 Guilty-- BANG!”

“The Flood must not be allowed to-- KABOOM!”

Oh, I’d relish the chance to shut the little -Yoink- up with an explosion.

Wasn’t that useful if I recall.
