Who else likes the thought of a non-competitive social Swat mode?
It could be 5 v 5 for extra mayhem / multi-kills and bigger maps could be incorporated into the Swat map cycle.
I personally think Swat can be pretty stressful, though it’s been my favorite ranked playlist since H3. Games are fast paced and you can drop a few ranks in a matter of an hour’s losing streak. Adding a casual playlist for Swat could potentially take away the stress while keeping the fun around for Swat players. Sorta like how there’s two Snipers playlists now. Just my .02.

Yes, they just need to add a competitive and social version of every gametype in my opinion.
I don’t think SWAT’s completely unforgiving style of gameplay would work well for a casual playlist…
My struggle to Diamond was riddled with legit SR 10 - 40’s that had no business being in a Platinum rank. People wanna play it, but yes, it’s very unforgiving. A social variant would help folks hone their skills before entering ranked. It also be an AMAZING warm-up playlist.
When I saw the words Social Swat the words Assault Rifle Swat popped into my head immediately.
i was joking im not one of the die hard “skill” fanboys who think that precision weapons are the only weapons to be used.
Social Swat? To me the gamemode will never go social due to the gameplay and the fact someone will just straight up pebble their target because everyone has no shields. So sure why not, just remove stat tracking in all social playlists even this one if it ever comes in mind.
Grifball & Fiesta both can be unforgiving social playlists for example. This one would just involve playing with a minuscule of amount of actual skill. (or learn how to)
Swat should be in social if it’s going to use h2 brs, what skill is there in a ohk mode with a weapon that does all the work for you?
