idea offline multiplayer

think about it offline campaign and multiplayer it could work Spartans bots in campaign why not in multiplayer just skin them red and blue bame offline everything. Come on who wouldn’t love that 343 please make it happen that would make even more people happy and maby it could make them forget no split screen not I’m not saying it will but it could.

I don’t think that’s on the table for Halo 5. Maybe Halo 6.

It kinda just takes the fun away. It just seems boring playing multiplayer all by yourself against bots.

It is, I can attest. No video-game level AI can fully replicate the behaviour of a human player. Some come close, but they’re privately constructed for experimental reasons. So that’s not viable. And we can’t repurpose Osiris/Blue team AI, as their behavioural patterns are, from what we’ve seen, to stay behind cover, then charge if applicable/ordered to. That really isn’t how you play War Games.
In any case, it could happen, but it’s not going to make jaws drop if it does.

This is more or less Firefight. And sorry as I am about it, that boat has already sailed.

what about when the servers go down campaign and multiplayer win

When the servers go down, you can play single player by yourself or play a different game. I suspect that Xbox one owners have a variety of games to play.

Isn’t that kind of the point? AI bots don’t cheat or use unsporting tactics, and they all play at whatever difficulty you set. You get the same general feel of multiplayer without all the headache of try-hards, noobs, AFK-ers, betrayers, cheaters, and whatever else might bother you about PvP. Bots are fun when you want to play something casually that feels like PvP, but isn’t really. I love doing custom games with bots in Gears of War for exactly those reasons.

Plus a bots mode would help new/bad players practice in a controlled environment to learn the maps and weapon spawns so that when they do go into actual PvP they have a better idea of what to do.

Bots are something I’m really hoping for in Halo 6, because if they aren’t in Halo 5 already (which I highly doubt they are) it’s way too late to add them now.
