So hear me out, and I’ll try to make this make as much sense as possible.
I LOVE the warthog switching seats thing that is new to halo 5. Probably one of my favorite features of
halo. So with that said, my idea builds upon that feature. I envision being able to grab onto a passing by ally warthog without them ever stopping, like kind of like you have an animation for switching seats, there be an animation for you grabbing onto a full speed warthog and you pulling yourself inside.
This could be accomplished in a few ways:
As the person on the ground, you could be looking at a warthog that’s coming at you, and press a button that will let you attempt to grab on. This could send a message to the person driving the warthog to drive toward them to pick them up, or it could be a message to the warthog driver prompting them to accept the request for the ground guy to jump on.
Either way, the result will be the person on the ground seemlessly jumping onto the warthog without it ever stopping.
