3/4 of the way through Halo 6’s (LONG) campaign, Humanity decided the Chief knows too many secrets, and he could destroy the leadership with a slip of the tongue. So they decide to kill him. Anyway, in the final level, it’s like Lone Wolf in Reach, but with the Spirit of Fire SPARTANS backing you up as you beat back hordes of Marines, ODSTs, and SPARTAN-IV/Vs. When you die it goes into a cut scene where the four SPARTANS go into a back-to-back formation as they are surrounded. You hear Master Chief say something over the Comm, and the SPARTANS all get out stolen Nukes. The status on them goes from Green to Orange to Red. Your screen fades to white.
It would be impossible to kill off Master Chief, when bungie was done with the MC story he was lost in space not dead. I’m just saying they will never kill him off, he is the only spartan that can really never die.

It also opens a door to much more story as you can see with Halo 4. Not a good idea to kill him.
I think Halo 6 should end with Master Chief activating the Halo rings to wipe out the Flood once and for all. It would be extremely ironic, since Chief’s sole purpose over the past few games was to prevent their activation.

Spartans never die thier just missing in action! But no Chief will never die, its impossible it would kill off the Halo franchise he IS the Halo franchise. Just based on my friends reaction to ODST and Reach they disliked them both because there was no Chief, I didnèt mind them but I missed Steven Downes amazing voice in the last two games.
Off Topic: I the H4 trailer all he needed to say was Im here and I got chills down my spine as a grin spread across my face and thought to myself Finally hes BACK!
Guys, Chief has to go eventually. According to Primoridum, the Flood thanks to the Precursors are coming back in a huge way in 100,001 years, matching the year of Glasslands and Halo 4. This is galactic shaking stuff here. After this, bringing back Chief to fight some new threat after this would be really weak. You can’t just keep recycling new, extinction-level threats like that, it’s disrespectful to Halo.
Honestly, Chief should be gravely wounded by Halo 6’s end. The Forerunners then pick him up and carry him into a white light. The game ends and we keep Chief’s fate a mystery. That or you could kill him, wouldn’t bug me either way.

Agreed (despite my previous post) but I donèt want him to die! I mean have it so that way the last living Forerunners take him to their Shield World home, then have some Forerunner say to him when he wakes up Your time in this universe is not yet over John This or something similar to what you have suggested, because rather than kill him off have him stay alive just in case, for a future game. By future I mean like way in the future like 10+ years after H6. I mean honestly Halo will go on for a long time the lore is absolutly astounding!
I think the Forerunners should be a part of the 6th ending. Like another said. Gravely wounded Master Chief gets carried to the Forerunner homeworld on a floating table. Camera angle first person through the Chief’s eyes. You see blurred visions of their armor and tech around the room… one leans over you to get a better look… the Forerunner takes off his helmet, but the vision is blurred once again… and he says… “Hey, you want a sandwich…? It’s warm from being in my pocket… if not… It’s cool…”, fade to white. Credits.
