It would be cool if Reqs were tradeable with other players. Trade your weapons and armor for theirs. Put an estimated req point value next to each item to encourage fair trade, but you should be able to just gift your friend stuff if you want to as well. It would certainly make it less of a pain to get the armor you want, and you could try out all the cool warzone weapons too.
