The cone should have a duplicate entry in the Weapons section of the menu, listed as a Power Weapon. Also, please continue with the witty tooltips, such as for the billboards. Lastly, dedicated environmental hazards like the Kill Ball should be listed together.

Are you asking that an orange traffic cone be able to be used as a weapon? Sorta like a golf club in Griffball?
