Anyone else find the ability to spawn with two precision weapons a bit over powered or ridiculous? I think it would be a bit more balanced to make firepower give the ability to spawn with an automatic rifle(AR, SR) and a precision rifle (dmr, br, carbine) thoughts?
Precision weapons in general are overpowered. Spawning with an automatic will just cause people to drop it for another precision weapon like they’ve always done.
Finding one isnt always easy though, people spawning with BR DMR combo is going to be so annoying.

No. If anything, it becomes effectively useless after your first kill when you spawn, depending on what weapons they have, since you are still capable of swapping your secondary weapon for a primary or power weapon.
Depends,I imagine the Firepower package will be worth a good bit of points, and not seen very often at lower levels or ranks. There are also several other packages that are pretty powerful and useful, I can imagine several of them out doing Firepower, and you still have the chance to pick up whichever weapon off the field of play. I honestly think you will end up seeing more combos of DMR/Storm Rifle and BR/AR, Carbine/Storm Rifle, than anyone really thinks. I love the options, and ability Firepower can possibly give a player but I could also see how something like the Shield power boost package coupled with the shield support that increases recharge speed could be even more beneficial, especially if you like to play as the tank for your team. I feel the same about players that go for a full scale Grenadier, using the package that allows you pick grenades up off fallen enemies and allies coupled with a DMR or BR could easily disorient/damage opponents using Firepower and earn a quick brutal kill, without even adding their secondary weapon into the mix.
