Any reason why certain pictures are chosen for different parts of Waypoint? For instance, what’s the significance of using the suspiciously happy Halo 4 Flood as the photo for the Polls forums?
Maybe they’re chosen based on the topic of a particular forum? HCS logo for HCS stuff, ODST recruitment poster for the Recruitment forums and so on.
Personally, I’d like Waypoint to receive a large update sometime before Infinite releases. The community could contribute ideas in a dedicated thread and the best suggestions get passed on to the forum team.
I also hope that 343 uses Waypoint during Infinite’s marketing to increase traffic to the forums.

Yeah, HCS is the one that’s clear. It’s the other ones I don’t get haha. Not that I dislike them or anything because it’s always funny to see the happy Flood or Chief doing a facepalm.
I’d love Waypoint to get an upgrade as well. I’d make a thread a few months back about this too, but my basic feeling is that it’s great as it is because everything works fine. But, some new features and a bit of touch up here and there wouldn’t hurt. Didn’t think about marketing Waypoint. Could work really well

They are going through a clean up right now. Maybe that comes after.
A few forums have been removed or consolidated.
