Hey I matched Mt Jeff who has the 343i emblem and was in a Spartan company called 343 industries. I matched against him in rock and rail today but I didn’t get the Ice Unicorn Skin. I matched him on May 10, 2017 and I have the screenshot of the end game results. If u want to see it, just message me on Xbox Netslayer117 and I can send it to you. You only get the Ice Skin for matching the 343 team during their specific playdates. Sorry. 
Oh… I was so hyped for nothing then… I can’t even match 343i people because we’re in different time zones and if they keep playing on the same time they have, I’ll never be able to get the ice unicorn skin.

They actually have recognized that some people live in unusual timezones, and have done a few playdates at more convenient times to cater to those players. The covie slayer playdate is a great example of this. Not all hope is lost my friend.
