On Friday I ended up matching a 343 employee but, I wasn’t rewarded the ice unicorn skin. I thought you might have to wait and waited until today, does anyone know why that is?
Sorry OP, but you can only get the Ice skin by matching up with an employee during a Community Playdate. There are weekly social streams happening now on Mixer every Wednesday, so there will be more chances to get it

Packs are awarded manually so it can take a day or two for them to be awarded. You’ll know you have it as you will see an extra REQ pack in your inventory

Hey, stckrboy, I hope I’m not being annoying, but I got in a match against Mr. Jeff (GrimBrother One) and Mr. James Monosmith (phasmatis 8) last week during the Social Stream and I didn’t get the Ice Unicorn Skin yet 
So I was wondering if I’ll never receive the REQ Pack, or if it’s just taking a while, maybe it’s because it’s near E3 time and you are very busy, or someone forgot to send me the pack, or maybe it’s because I… teabagged Grim??? Hey. It can sometimes take a few days to get the pack but there is a chance that your gamertag slipped though the net. If you drop Grim a tweet he should be able to sort that out for you: https://twitter.com/grimbrotherone
