I hate to ask because I’m sure the issue is just due to being busy, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missed on accident or something. I matched with the community stream on Wednesday and haven’t gotten the ice unicorn nameplate/skin and wanted to check. My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but thank you for any information I can get 
They’re granted manually so it can take a week or possibly longer.
If after 2 weeks you haven’t received them, reaching out on Twitter with a polite reminder is likely your best bet.

I heard somewhere on the stream it could be around 2-3 days so that’s why I figured I’d see if I could bring it up in a calm manner just to see. I appreciate the info and I’ll be sure to try twitter if the problem persists.
Depending on how busy the team is, it can take up to a week or so sometimes, should be out next week if they haven’t been sent already
