Please tell me I’m not the only one getting this when I put in my gamertag for the Infinity Challenge finals? Now I should say I have no delusions about finishing in the top, this is more a matter of personal accomplishment. I play until its not fun anymore (even a little more some days for this tournament) and have dedicated a HUGE amount of my time to H4 just for this tournament. I would be very proud to attain some form of rank from this. And I finished the qualifier 3859th in Tier 1. Something I’m quite happy with. Even now when I look back I still show up in the qualifier, but not the finals leaderboards. I only get “Not found. Please enter a full gamertag.” If this is some kind of glitch they picked a hell of a time, THE FINALS?! I’ve defended Halo 4 since it came out, I still think it’s the greatest game since Mario Bros. But SERIOUSLY?! Such a slap in the face. I even got time off work this week to play the home stretch, but if I wont even be ranked, it doesn’t matter. And I can play my preferred gametypes rather then the Infinity Challenge ones.

This. Their FAQ states that gamertags are case-sensitive.
I qualified for the Spartan Ops tier 3 leaderboard, but cant find my gamertag either.
And yes, I know it’s case sensitive. Tried it with and without caps; didnt work.

You might try shooting an email to support@virgingaming.com
I was having some issues with being listed in the wrong Tier in the finals email they sent, and they got it sorted rather quickly.
