That is a little hard to understand but I see your problem, the req system is wonky, very wonky, the only thing you can do is buy another one.

It’s a glitch that a few people are having, must suck if you pay for it and that happens. Though i’m only at like 88% collection so only got two anyway, UNSC Ar and Noble Magnum, which may i add is amazing.
