I Would Pay $15 for This Map Alone

Upon Playing Halo 3 Again for the first time in ages I came back across my favourite every Halo Map . Longshore . This is by far my most loved map in any game . The Sound of the seagull’s as you fight , The Ships on the horizon with Pelican’s and other aircraft on them . I love everything about this map . It plays so nice and is so full of character. No joke I would pay $15 for just this map alone.

My question is if you could have one map re-made in Halo 4 which one would you pick?

That would have been my last btb map to pick to be honest.
I’d go with Avalanche hands down.
4v4 map would be Epitaph.

Another great map I loved Avalanche , I loved most Halo 3 maps. I wouldn’t really classify Longshore as a BTB Map though , I love playing CTF on It.

Relic, though jet packs will break map flow. I’d have to go with Terminal. I think it would work well with halo 4’s gameplay.

Not even the best map in the world can fix crappy game mechanics.

I would pay £100 if it meant that Halo went back to how it was in that video, damn it, seeing that video is saddening.

Longshore is okay, I suppose.

My experiences on that map were never great.

No guys, it’s all about Turf. That map was arena Halo at its best.

Epitaph was never a 4v4 map except for swat…

I want Guardian and The Pit! I have remakes of each but its just not the same.

BTB wise I always liked Sandtrap the best other than Valhalla!

The problem is, maps like guardian, turf, ghost town could never work in Halo 4 because of sprint. The maps are just too small with sprint in Halo.

And giant open maps like sandtrap wouldn’t work either because of the DMR and ordinance - people would be calling in sniper rifles frequently.

This is why we need a real classic playlist, with no sprint or ordinance and re-makes of old maps in forge.
