I don’t know who to thank but my recent campaign to have a very exploitable game save method of cheating has been successful.
I would like to thank those in the community that saw the wrong in what was going on and reported the violators.
Thank you Bungie or 343i for resetting those deserving, I am once again a very satisfied customer.
Let this be a lesson to all other cheaters, modders, and network manipulators.
And to those of you who have recently been reset for using you know who’s game saves, please feed me your delicious tears.

doesnt change the fact that what the people did to cheat was against the rules.
Going out of one’s way to cheat the game seems like taking a serious stance on it as well.

What I said goes both ways. But something ppl fail to see is that game companies like when others make cheats for their games. It helps to sell more product lol. Look at CoD for pc. Aimbots are everywhere for its pc version and a major problem as well. It takes them 2 weeks to make a patch to fix and 20 mins later theres a new bot for that patch. They could stop the problem by adding coding when making the game but they dont. Being able to mod or cheat the game makes ppl want to buy it. Its just the truth of the matter.

Nice to see somebody bring up an actual issue. AFK is a problem that impacts other people, but people like the OP scream and shout about fairness when somebody gets more credits. Network manipulation and mods are wrong, but OP should quit crying like this game save thing worsened his playing experience.

I’ve got to disagree with you there.
These people were in direct violation of their ToS; boosters are just using a method that Bungie considers to be par with the target locator trick. Just remember boosters are actually playing the game. The people that still go into firefight and ruin other people games, that still needs to be dealt with. But Kegs we all know you have plenty of afk games in your game history.
