Hi.

I am having problems with Halo MCC. Aside from the multiplayer issues. My game has currently stopped working entirely as I cannot launch it on my xbox one. It either boots me back to the home screen or just freezes my xbox entirely. No error message appears either. I have done a hard reset, cleared the system cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing has worked to fix it. I tried to get a refund from xbox support but they redirected me here. So I would like a refund as I cannot see myself playing this game anytime soon and don’t want it to sit there as I cannot play it. Thank you.

I’m having the same problem. Get returned to the Home Screen every time. Have you managed to fix it yet?

up untill yday i was playing fine since launch appart from a few slow search times, but now it wont boot it goes bk to dash and says failed to start hmmmm

I bought it, it doesn’t even work, my Xbox screen goes black and it freezes making it to where it wont even operate… If it doesn’t restart my console I have to completely unplug the power cord just to play my damn Xbox and its deleting achievements and Xbox data ive bought multiple copies and had them all replaced this is B.S you fkd it all up hope everyone else starts loosing info and games too this is horrible

Don’t do the chat support bs. Those guys can’t do anything besides telling you to turn your xbox of and back on again.

Call 800 4 my xbox, ask for a supervisor, be polite, and get your refund and see about getting your Xb1 replaced too. This happened to me. This game is super uncertified and is breaking xboxes.
