Makes rare dialogue common and vice versa. They made different versions of any non-cutscene dialogue. Some of them are quite funny.

I was trying to be a smartass. Seriously, we need this skull.
In reach when you turned it on it did nothing and in halo3 it was rare.
They need to add more funny moments when it is turned on.
