i know i know guys this might be a repost but this was bothering me for a while now we’ve seen 3 maps and that’s it. what are you’re guess on the next map if they reveal it? Or will they not show it? your thoughts and feedback would be appreciated guys
My guess is that they’ll show us something at PAX, perhaps 2-3 maps. And if the past events are anything to go by, I’m sure they’ll have booths at which people can play them.

All Halo games since Combat Evolved have had exactly 3 maps showcased during their initial media storm: one small, one medium and one large.
Halo 2 had Lockout, Burial Mounds, and Waterworks
Halo 3 had Snowbound, Highground, and Valhalla
and Halo Reach had Swordbase, Powerhouse, and Boneyard.
yet after the initial media storm, more maps began to trickle out, as will most definitely be the case with Halo 4.

I don’t really want to see the next map, but I’d very much like for them to showcase another gametype. Heck, give us a ctf video and not a one clip assassination of pistol flag. I’m kind of getting tired of these slayer videos …

But then there’s no surprise. I wish they’d just stop talking about the game so we find out when we get it. If they will talk about anything, I think they should talk about secondary weapons.
I’d like a ginormous multiplayer info drop. I want to know everything there is to know about all the maps and gametypes. Although that probably won’t happen.
We didn’t even [officially] know all the Reach maps until launch. Countdown, Spire, and Boardwalk were never shown by Bungie.

Were they actually from Bungie though? I remember right before launch, some guy leaked them in Forge or Theater or whatever.
