Now, obviously, they will be split into several of these groups, but the majority probably won’t like it, since they have hated each Halo game more than the last…so what do you really think about what you’ve heard so far?
Why is it going to be soooo much like CoD? Are they planning a crossover?
How many years before they make a classic playlist that doesn’t fail like the one they tried in Reach?
Why not make a game that has two forms? One for the new guys that like CoD, one for the oldschool players, so everyone can just choose?
> Your game for different people just splits the community more.
What? It makes it where people who like to play the game differently aren’t forced to play together and hate each other’s guts because they can’t agree on which sort of gameplay they think is “better”.
But that’s silly, we want people to argue about which weapons are pro all day every day don’t we?

I’ve been here since CE, and it looks JUST LIKE COD. They won’t have two forms because they want all the no skill COD noobs to bring them moneys.
Did the fans of the original RB6 like the “actiony” changes made to the franchise in the modern RB6 Vegas 2? Did the original Ninja Gaiden: Black fans who saw Ninja Gaiden as a hardcore action game like the new heavily cinematic and EZ mode Ninja Gaiden 3? Did the original UT fans like the “consolization” of Unreal Tournament 3? In short, OG shooter fans are being forced out of the genre in favor of modern trends and casual fanbases taking over.

I’ve been there since C.E. and I’ve liked all the Halo games since. Most changes I’ve been ok with. Or have come to accept them. I think I’ll like Halo 4 just fine. And I hope everyone else will too.

You have one Halo community, now you have two games offering two styles of play, THAT SPLITS THE COMMUNITY because the population will be divided between two games. And guess what, both games will still have people arguing what is best for the game.
