I have won enough games to be able to rise to the rank of Onix, but I do not climb, I can only descend if I lose and my friends climb while I can only descend, I need help to be told what is happening. My gamertag is iTz SAMMY 002.
In any list of qualifying games I have this problem.
I have another gamertag; iT zSerch 001 and in this profile I have no problems to go up in rank.
I have this problem since Friday, June 1.
