TL;DR: I was banned for something that wasn’t my fault. 343i, sort your -Yoink- out.
I had touched on this issue in a previous post but now that I’ve been temp-banned for it, i feel i need answers asap for this load of rubbish.
To cut a long story short, i’ve noticed an issue a while ago where, I’ll be playing online in halo 5 and my connection will be as smooth as a whistle when suddenly, I lag for 1 second and then I’m booted back to the playlist menu. It was at this point i noticed that when this “random disconnect” occurs that any req card (xp/rp boost) that i was using will be gone and i didn’t get anything from it.
Now to anyone that says “it’s probably your internet connection”: Shut up. None of my other games complain like this, on xbox, playstation or pc, and i really don’t think halo 5 is some prime exception where it needs the best connection money can buy, plus i already have fiber optic broadband. Anyway, i’m rambling now.
I was prepared to tolerate this, thinking that you 343i guys would eventually sort this out, but now, after a persistent series of this issue occurring, i was temporarily banned from matchmaking. What the hell 343i?! Why can’t you just sort out a decent matchmaking system where i can play securely without this B.S. occurring on a daily basis.
I preferred halo back when Bungie did it, they could guarantee a semi-decent matchmaking experience at least.
