I’ve been reported once for unsportsmanlike conduct and twice for cheating. I guess people can’t take my t-bags. Oh well, it won’t stop me from unleashing some dual divine justice upon the faces of my fallen enemies.
If your team had them pushed back to the core then they spawn in that base, ostensibly with your team continuing to push in an attempt to destroy the core. There’s no plausible scenario in which you could be “flying around the map killing blues” short of everyone else on your team simultaneously pausing for a pee break every 30 seconds and inadvertently allowing the enemy to spread out across the map as a result. Seems more likely to me that you were patrolling their exits and making sure no one and nothing could get out. And hey, that’s not against the rules. Just convenient that the rest of your team failed to push in to accomplish the final objective, huh?
I can’t say with certainty that you were intentionally farming, but quite frankly, I’m not sure why you’re trying to hard to convince random people on the internet that you weren’t otherwise.
I think a lot of people would report you if you were lagging/teleporting/rubberbanding/etc. That’s the game’s fault though for having absolutely awful servers/netcode.

I’ll take those reports though lol

no, cheating is using any kind of glitching, mods or other type of way to influence to overall outcome of the game. Unsportsmanlike conduct can be almost anything from tbagging to team killing and even going afk. but youll never really be banned by xbox for those things. obviously the banhammer will drop on you for team killing though
Some dude a couple days ago reported me after i fuel rod killed him… Apparently when i shot big green balls of death at him i was “cheating”…
I had no idea you could even check that. Just checked mine, it said I was reported for cheating once in the last 6 months. That’s about the farthest from the truth about me. I’m an older gamer than most. The only thing that comes to mind about cheating is Gears of War jumping out of the map. Don’t know about Halo though. How do you even cheat on Halo 5?

> Correct me if I am wrong… But I called in a banshee REQ and then my team exposed the enemy core and I flew around the map killing blues. Is that a rule? Do I have to blow up my banshee?
If anything…wouldn’t all this banshee killing just be sending the enemy back to their core…to defend it instead of hiding around the map trying to get rogue kills? Lol. Of course, the only thing you’re allowed to do is fly out of the boundaries and kill yourself and praise the almighty whimphammer of unsporting conduct spam that salty players force down on you from the heavens.
I also was unaware that a banshee is unlawful in a Halo game, even though it’s existed since way back in the classic Halo games.
1 cheating. IDK

You can’t even cheat on the Xbox One.
No hacks, or j-tags exist. Neither do aimbots or any of the other BS that could have happened with the 360.
Gamers are just incredibly salty about losing these days, more so than before. I only report if the guy was genuinely doing something bad. Like one BTB match where I took the mantis and some other teammate just kept shooting me.
I have three cheating marks on my record, I’m pretty sure one of them was from a amazingly well-timed evasion from a plasma pistol in a banshee.
Apparently having fun in a vehicle that has been in the Halo games since Halo CE is punishable by sending the crybaby hammer down from the heavens for “Unsporting conduct”.
You can’t even cheat with a Banshee in Warzone, it’s practically impossible to be unsporting unless you camped a base with a Banshee.
Is it even possible to cheat on Halo?

As in hacks, no. However those armory glitches people use in warzone assault sure do.
On my old xbox 360 I had a really high percentage for unsporting communication even though I never once used my mic.

Yea they patched them, but I reported people that did that on the other team or mine. Don’t care. That’s not how you win.
I can’t wait to see what stupid reason people are going to report others. Maybe for shooting their gun.
nothing will happen so whatever
1 for cheating…okay then.
