“I was banned on Halo for using a XIM Apex”

I was talking about it on stream one day and 10 minutes later I was banned from matchmaking for 500 years. I have thrown out the XIM and want to be able to play halo once again, how do I go about doing this?

Apparently Microsoft gives the A-Ok on using XIMs but I guess Halo obviously doesn’t.
