I was banned bc I joked about being 11, now what?
I was also banned by the Discord Bot Gaius Cicereius+ at 9:20 today because I was somehow underage. Can we get a moderator to look at the logs and see what we can do to fix this?
Discord’s TOS require users to be at least 13 years old. If we knowingly allowed users under that age the server could face consequences. We have to err on the side of safety.

Just because someone states something, does not make it true. You have no proof nor anyway of knowing which of the OP’s claims is true. The moderators don’t know him, you, or me personally, so they cannot take any chances regarding any situation that may get the server shut down.

And you have no way of knowing which statement is true, neither do the moderators. Which is why as I said in my previous comment, which you so graciously cherry picked from, that they cannot take any chances under the TOS agreement. Any person of any age can tick the box that they are over age.

The Halo Discord, like all servers, follows the terms laid out by Discord themselves - which state that users must be 13 years or older to create and use an account. Whether you were joking or not we cannot take that chance and must act in accordance with those rules, this is one of those things that you just shouldn’t joke about. That matter is now with Discord Trust and Safety
