I was Banned for no reason

hey halo team, I was playing a match and won it, and being a good sport and all, then after the match, It says I cannot play anything else and it says I have to wait for a whole day. I know i have quit matches in the past but this time, I didnt even quit that last game… Pls help or take away my bann please, because clearly there was some mistake and not on my behalf this time…
