I was banned for no reason?

I got banned from halo 5 for no reason. Im a Gold 6 player and have been banned for “Ruining the fun.” Is there any way to ask 343 why I was banned? Or is there a way to get unbanned???

Well by the looks of your service record this can’t be your only account so perhaps you were tagged as a Smurf… A higher level player who makes a new account and does poorly on purpose to get a lower rank.
