Hey if anyone knows how to contact 343 directly I’d like to place a formal complaint. First off I love halo 5 and am severely addicted to it and almost play it everyday but tonight while I was playing, my Xbox or the game was having network issues (not my internet connection which is fine) and halfway through a few games it just randomly kicked me out and this is after trying to join a match for like 30 minutes which sucked! This happened a few times and then the game banned me which sucked even more! I did not quit halfway through the match or anything like that it litteraly banned me for the game itself or my Xbox having issues with connecting. I just think that if the game knows you didn’t quit on purpose and it was just an issue within itself then that should deffinatley not result in a ban! Anyway I’m ranting I love the game but that sucked and made me kinda not feel like playing anymore so if anyone knows how to contact 343 industries it would be greatly appreciated so they know of this problem and can resolve it thanks !
