I had the option to purchase a Warzone REQ Bundle this afternoon, I already had one from the Limited Edition version o the game but I thought I’d click it anyway out of habbit. Usually I get a message saying I already own it but this time it asked for my payment info. I selected my credit card and sure enough it said it was succesfull and I recieved a confirmation email from Microsoft.
I have not received any REQ cards though, I am wondering if this was a glitch with the REQ system as the Daily Login never appeared yesterday for me or this purchase will be honored by 343 Industries?
If not I will seek a refund.
343i has said that any duplicate REQ Bundles purchased after Jan 25 will not be honored. So definitely seek a refund. Not sure if it will be possible, but Xbox Support will be the ones you want to contact.
OP, if you can post if you were successful or not. There are several steps required to make purchases, and it clearly says no refunds.

If I don’t get REQs out of it though then I am entitled to a refund. There’s a big difirence between getting content for a purchase and not getting squat for a purchase.
It has been clearly marked that you can only get one bundle per gamertag. You may be lucky and have your refund approved, but if it’s not then there’s not much that can be done. IT has been noted on the store page and pretty well broadcast here on Waypoint that REQ bundles are a once only deal. Sorry OP
