I want to start with campaign but...

My friends are over all the time so I’ll probably have to be stuck with custom games. As much as i love custom games I like to start with the campaign so I understand what’s going on and how to use all the different weapons and stuff like that. i don’t want to be rude and say I don’t want them to come over. what should I do?

Man up and grow a pair, do what YOU want. the fact that you’re asking the community what YOU should do is kind of sad as well… don’t be a push over. if they want to come over they can watch you play campaign, if not then they can go get the game themselves and keep quiet.

Campaign, to me atleast, is WAY more important than custom games and I’d be willing to tell my friends to leave. Although, they’ll be playing campaign too. ^.^

My friends know that it’s appear offline and campaign all the way for me. I keep my phone on in case of emergencies but apart from that… -Yoink- the outside world for a few hours.

If they had an Xbox you xould do Co-Op campaign over LIVE, or maybe system link. You’d get your campaign and your friends would get… their stuff in.

If your buying Halo 4 and playing custom games with friends, your wasting your money and the game.

Tell them you want to play campaign before the rest If they’re your friends they’ll understand.

Play split-screen Co-Op on Heroic or Legendary. When you or Player 2 dies, pass the controller.

And grab some popcorn and (if you’re old enough) some brewskis for the cutscenes.

Do what you want.

Its your game that you pay for not your friends (assuming u bought it).

If you want to play campaign, your friends can just watch you not the other way round.

Don’t fall for peer pressure =P.

Custom games are the heart of most people’s halo memories. Campaign can wait till the middle of the night.

Play Split-Screen Coop with one of them? Unless it supports 4 then to that.

Otherwise, just tell them not to go to your place that night.

Tell them before the game even cones out “We are gonna wait on the customs for like a week, I’m gonna do the campaign first, but come and watch if you’d like”

Just tell them that you don’t want them over. Be like, “Hey biznatches, I want to be home alone so I can play the Halo 4 campaign to myself.” Your friends can’t force themselves to come over or else that’s considered breaking in lol.

I basically told my friend that I’m going to play Campaign first and foremost and that I don’t want him to invite me to an in-game party or whatever. Just myself and Halo 4.
