I Want To Recover My Old MCC Account

With Season 8 on the way, I want to recover one of my old mcc accounts as the title mentions, though I have no idea what my email was and maybe an idea of my password. I do know my tag was Doctor Pingu694, so I was wondering if it’s possible to recover my account with this tiny bit of information, and if so, whom should I contact?

You should probably be contacting Xbox Support, not these forums. The gamertag by itself won’t get you far, you need to remember important details like the DOB, First Name and Last Name, Recovery email etc.

I figured as much, I’ll like to email Xbox support, do you know the specific email?

Also, I’ll like to mention that I had my old account ever since Season 7 came, which logged me out and I had no idea how to log back in, resulting me into making a new account.

Probably contact Xbox customer support and verify your info. Hopefully your recovery information was accurate…phone number/address etc

Good luck. I spent a lot of time back in the day trying to get old gamer tags back and from my experience if you don’t have almost all the info it’s almost impossible to get it back.
