I would like to create a Halo Reach Clan. We could play other Halo Games but I want the main focus to be Reach. The goal would be to help each other out on Daily and Weekly challenges and have fun events and activities in Forge and Custom Games as well. I’ve already decided on the name of Sword Company. I don’t think that I’ll actually create a spartan company on waypoint, but I’ll think about it. My gamer tag is Maxwellian01. Send me a message and friend request and tell me if you’d like to join. Everyone will be part of Teams with a minimum of 2 people each with their own team leader. Any minor questions should be able to be answered by your team leader. Team leaders are voted for by team members and then approved by me. There will be a maximum of 26 teams, each corresponding to a different letter of the phonetic alphabet Alpha-Zulu. All 26 leaders will have clan meetings with me over either Xbox Live, or on my discord (link here:𝔑𝔢𝔲𝔢 𝔇𝔢𝔲𝔱𝔰𝔠𝔥𝔢𝔰 ℜ𝔢𝔦𝔠𝔥) to discuss clan events or disciplinary issues. Team leaders are expected to be able to take care of minor disputes but in the event they can’t take on a larger disciplinary issue then all leaders will discuss it.
Service Tags:
Your service Tag is going to be used to quickly identify your skill level and Team.
The clan service Tag has 3 parts
SC standing for Sword Company, then the letter that corresponds to the team you’re in. The final part is for people in the top 9 positions in their team. The team leader will always be 1 regardless of game skill 1 means you are a team leader. The rest of the numbers are determined by win loss ratios and other stats and observed exemplary behavior and numbered ranks are assigned to each person by their team leader. People who are below top 9 put the letter O on their service tag meaning Over 9. Example service tag: mine would be SCA1 meaning I’m leader of Alpha Team. The full abbreviation translates to Sword Company, Alpha Team Leader.
Rules:
- Be courteous to others. Respect both friend and foe.
- Fight with honor and dignity, don’t cheat. That includes screen cheating on split screen!
- Never betray the clan. Betraying the clan will result in immediate banning from the clan and permanently being put on a list of blocked people.
- It’s ok to make jokes, as long as everyone is ok and no one’s feelings are hurt. When you hurt someone’s feelings, it’s not a joke anymore.
- No descrimination based on Race, Gender, jaws, mandibles etc.
- Elites and Spartans are welcome and will be treated fairly based upon individual ability.
- No matter what, minimum requirements for training and other events will be the same for everyone, no exceptions.
- No Teabagging dead bodies, show the same respect for the fallen you would want them to show you. (Shooting dead bodies is allowed.)
- Teamwork makes the Dream work. Try to work together and communicate whenever possible.
- Always be friendly and respectful to others. Please try your best to keep foul language to a minimum, I know we all slip up sometimes but let’s try our best. Remember to always have fun and remember to take things seriously, but not too seriously.
