So far I’ve made 2 tickets to 343. ! they can’t resolve, and it has to do with my challenges not loading. Well, it has to do with absolutely nothing loading for me in game(unable to customize spartan, unable to review battle pass, news not loading, default spartan as placeholder for my own, unable to load shop, unable to use the theater). I was told they don’t have a fix and that was that until there is one. The 2nd ticket involved stuttering and frame drops(I play on a decent PC on low-medium setting to get the performance I want). It was INITIALLY fixed with a driver update until I played XPlatform with a buddy and the issue is back. The game is fun when it works. I’m not a negative nancy, I enjoy the game thoroughly. I just wish it worked.

Instead, right a post about how great Halo Infinite is and that it is the best game that you have ever played. Cheers!
It’s not like I play it enough to worry a bout a ban. I can’t enjoy the game in the 1st place anyway
I opened a ticket because I came across an issue on Xbox where I can’t play multiplayer because every playlist fails at “Loading Map: 0%”. This is apparently a known issue and I received the following response:
“ Thank you for your ticket. At this time, we don’t have a workaround and can’t predict when there might be a resolution, but your issue has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.
If this issue is resolved in an update, we will notify you. If not, your ticket may remain in an open state until a game update. We will check in with you whenever a game update is released to ensure that your issue is still occurring.
If our developers have a question for you or we discover a workaround, we may reach back out to you with questions or steps for you to try. If you discover a workaround yourself, please feel free to send it back to us! We can share that information with other players encountering the same issue and with our developers for further investigation.
Our developers look at issues which multiple people have reported so if you know others experiencing this issue, ask them to file a ticket”
It’s too bad you are having that problem I haven’t seemed to have anything like that yet. I wouldn’t say it makes the game “inherently broken” you said yourself the game is fun when it works.
They are still dealing with a lot of bugs now which they should have polished up a long time ago considering how long the game has been in development, but don’t be dramatic and say its inherently broken.
It’s brokenness is only matched by its lack of content. Idk which is worse at this point.
They released an unfinished game. The game is inherently broken. f2p isn’t an excuse to release a game then go on vacation. Some people can’t even play the game. Because it’s BROKEN.

I have several tickets, some which they may be able to fix.
The challenge ones are horrible. Two weeks ago I made two tickets.
Sidekick kills registered one less than I got each match.
Then Sword and Hammer kills didn’t count as “melee” kills.
I’m about to submit a new one as the Bulldog kill challenge apparently does the same as the sidekick challenge.
Needed one kill, but as the first kill doesn’t register a face full of buckshot, needed two kills to register one kill on the challenge.
Not to talk about how for me it feels like the game screws me over on a regular basis for each challenge.

Will get those often in Fiesta but not with that challenge, swap game mode and it doesn’t register the first kill at all. Then I need a map with it, good luck with that.
Specific game modes which are common, may not show up early on. Worst I’ve seen was a player who needed Oddball but didn’t get it for 30 matches. I’ve had similar experiences witg other modes.
Just now recently I needed 10 kills in Team Slayer.
Literally insane match ups as well as extremely horrible latency.
Very fun going against players who gets half the kills needed to win, as well as rubber band and get shot through walls because the server thinks you’re elsewhere. But hey, ping was 50
Agree to disagree. The problem is they’re making martyrs left and right that are willing to die for the cause of complaining until it is fixed. That’s what they did to me.

Threads don’t get locked because the OP is complaining too much. Posters don’t get their posts hidden and accounts banned because they don’t see eye to eye with how things are in the game.
Mods do not represent the company, they’re not employed by i343 and are only here to monitor and make sure things do not go out of hand.

You have one locked thread which is about moderation. That’s against the rules. If you have something unclear you contact a moderator, or several.

It however just so happens that what you claimed was easily verified on your account activity. The result being the exact same as all the others claiming their threads and posts being locked, hidden and then users banned over negative critique of i343. Yet no examples containing posts that aren’t duplicates, contain no flaming, no non-constructive contents, not hostile or otherwise problematic in any way or form, can be given.
And saying you didn’t read it is merely a form of poor damage control, or way of showing ignorance, whichever is worse.
