I want to KILL the Co-Op characters

Ok I’m not sure if Co-op characters is the word. Anyway I had fun killing Johnson and Arby back in Halo 3 and giving them my weapons. You can get really fun results such as this

In Halo: Reach you could not kill Noble Team at all unless you drove them off a cliff. Bunch of Armor Lock noobs.

That video was hilarious.

even then they do not die

i drove kat off a cliff (i forgot to get out), and she just stood there, at the bottom of the cliff, staring at my corpse, as her shields recharged

Once on the Pillar of Autumn on Legendary a Hunter smacked Emile off the cliff and he just sat there while I was getting slaughtered by Hunters.

yeah, this really happens
it’s funny when your not dead…

they just stay down there until the next checkpoint

I call them immortals or invincibles. I believe they are technically called NPCs. And I agree.

I can understand H2 but after H3 introduced the revival system, to abandon that and to just make them invincible all the time is just lazy. LAZY. In H3, they actually considered when was the best to make them invincible and when they should be killable. S117, Johnson is invincible since the missile Pelican is a maniac and there’s explosions everywhere. Keyes is always invincible since she’s vital to the plot. Arby is invincible in cases where Bungie wanted the player to fight alone (like on The Ark at the cartographer) or in cases where he would die a lot.

I’d also like to be able to assassinate allies after making them my enemy. In H3, the only time we could fight Elites was when they were our enemy but nearly everything was useless against them. Nothing homed in on them, we couldn’t whack them in the back, etc. It was a major disappointment. In CE, I killed marines for a decent and fun -Yoink–kicking between ourselves and for their reactions. In H3, it’s really uninteresting and nearly impossible on higher difficulties.

Oh man assassinating Kat would be fun.

Oh man would that be sinister. Personally, I’d kill Carter since he doesn’t even kill anything.

Kat’s assassination would be ripping her arm off and killing her to death with it.

I totally agree, I would have so much fun killing Johnson on Crows nest then having the whole dang marines shoot at me. I wanna knock my teammates out and have them get back up angry.

yes, they should knocked out like in halo 3 but then get back up, it would make more sense. i would play reach on legendary and emile would just take crazy amounts of fire and he just kept saying “taking fire!” or “hostile fire on me!”

> Kat’s assassination would be ripping her arm off and killing her to death with it.

Yes, because killing someone to death is definitely worse than just killing them.

Robot or flesh? 0_0

Speaking of Johnson, I hope invincible AI can’t one shot us.

Not to mention their shields eventually recharged, even if they were receiving fire.
