Hi 343, i recently purchased the $100 req bundle and its been 2 days and it hasnt showed up yet. ive contacted microsoft 3 times and they havnt been able to fix it. They ve verified everything ive told them was true and gave me 2 reference numbers. PLEASE RESPOND
Were you charged for it? You can verify your reqs here on WP. Does the package show there.

no it does not show packs here on waypoint. i was charged for the packs but never recieved them. ive spoke with 3 microsoft employees and all 3 have verified that ive payed for them and have not recieved them. so why was i billed for them and did not recieve them

Dude the same thing happened to me also, except the fact it was a arena req bundle pack, called xbox support 2-4 times, at least seven hours each. didn’t help me at all. also they said they would give me xbox live, but they never gave me that too
1 more thing to check OP - sometimes you don’t actually get to see the opening animation of REQ packs, it skips it but you get all of your items automatically dropped into your REQ inventory. Can you check there and make sure you do’t have any new items? Granted I’ve never heard of this happening with a $100 bundle, but it shouldn’t be hard to see if that’s what happened, as you’ll have quite a few new armours, etc.

If you were charged, I recommend you initiate a dispute with your credit card company for non receipt of goods. They will also be able to confirm if you were actually charged.
i didnt use a credit card. i used xbox money cards. and i was billed, 3 microsoft support employees cofirmed it, and i never gained new reqs nor did i see 1 pack from the bundle. so somthing went wrong on 343s side
