I have to pre-order the ultimate edition and cant do anything with it. Every support tells me that he can not help me. Microsoft Supports only solution is to open my internet ports. And the best is nobody wants to repay my money, since I bought the game over amazon. I would like to play the game for which I paid 90 €, but the only thing I can do is watch the program as it crasht. I have all my drivers on the latest, tested several nvidia drivers and see if the game is not compatible with another program but I still can not play anything. I can play any other game, just not halo (I’m sorry for my bad english).
Hey OP, you would have to contact your retailer in order to secure a refund. If it was bought from the Xbox Live Store I believe you would contact XBL Support

If you bought it from Amazon then you really need to take it up with them to get a resolution. Even if you had bought it from the XBL store, 343 has nothing to do with billing or accounts so cant help out in any of those areas.
