I want my money back!!!!

You’re servers have made this game unplayable for the last three days! Can’t even get into the multiplayer matchmaking menu! I didn’t spend 90 dollars to be sitting at a menu constantly disconnecting and reconnecting! I want my money back and you can have your unplayable game back!!

I did talk to Microsoft and they referred me to 343 who say they’re aware of the issue yet have made no changes in three days!

Support, go to Support Forum. You are in the wrong are to talk about this issue. Hope you get your problem fix. Peace

Xbox Live as a whole has been having on and off issues the past few days. So 343i isn’t going to have much to do with your issues nor is the game itself at fault in this particular regard.

Refunds need to be sought from your retailer if you bought from a 3rd party or MS / XBL Support if you bought digitally from the store. There was a fairly large update to the game made just a few days ago.
