I can’t play Arena games because " AT LEAST ONE PLAYER IN YOUR FIRETEAM IS BANNED FROM PLAYING HALO 5 GUARDIANS " wft
Why am I banned then !
If I can’t play the game I’ve paid for can I get a full refund ?

Just because it is temporary it doesn’t make it ok. It hinders the experience and is completely justified. In saying that I haven’t been banned but I have been kicked from a few matches. Not because of my internet, more just the game kicking me out randomly.

Even if that is true you are still ruining other peoples game by disconnecting. Fix your internet if you dont want a ban.

The quitters always blame disconnects now.

Also if you are disconnecting often you may want to try to hard reset your Xbox and also make sure you use a wired connection to your xbox

Yup, that’s what gets overlooked so often. Yeah he disconnected and it wasn’t “his fault”, yet the team he used to be in has one player less. Same result for them, same way ruining as people actively leaving.

Get a better connection, plug in a cable if your WiFi is wonky, talk to your parents if you live with them, just find a solution. Until that gets sorted out, any ban that happens because you disconnect so very often is justified just as much as people that leave/ idle a lot.

Most quitters win more games than they lose, because DNF losses aren’t counted as a loss on your record.
