Halo 5 has to be the worst pos game I ever played. I bought it for my girl friend via digital download pre order cost like 120$ played it today and we can’t even split screen and she hates it now. So seriously how can I delete ever having put this trash on my xbox one. And get a refund on the worst game in all my 11 years with xbox live
If you’re looking to get a refund it would have to be through Xbox Live Support, as 343 don’t have any access to your billing details
Refund policy clearly states no refunds for digital downloads. Why you would pay $120 for a $60 game without looking into what the game features and is like is beyond me.

Unfortunately xbox support sends you here to get a refund and they will do refunds only if the game is not running properly or at all or causing crashing issues.
