I want my MCC money back.

I have to say - (as a reclaimer on Halo: Reach), I could not be more disappointed in the game. Not only does Master Collection take more than 8 minutes to find a game most times, the lag is terrible despite a promised fix long before Christmas break.

Regarding Halo: Reach on 360 - used to work flawlessly, it no longer works at all. I have a business connection at 50mbps down and 11mbps up, open NAT and all systems go and this game is now completely unusable. I have port forwarded, tested my connectivity, cleared the cache and even reinstalled the Reach game twice. Matchmaking will not play a single, complete game in Halo Reach without serious problems. I could not be more disappointed in this company and am completely saddened by how bad this situation is.

Tell me, how do I get my money back for MCC? Where do I go? It’s the game. It’s not my connection or my hardware. Guaranteed.

Kinda confused by your paragraph, you’re complaining about halo reach but halo reach isn’t in MCC?
