It sometimes takes awhile for req packs to appear.

Yes I have tried 4 times and I do not want to pay for another one.
I have tried restarting the Xbox 4 times and it is still not working.
Try Xbox support, and prepare proof of the transaction just in case.

Go to the menu, press the “Start” button, then go to “Manage game”.
Is the bundle you bought either in the the installed or ready to install section?
This should go in the support section. Forum Team actually reads that section every once in awhile. Also this is an actual support issue.
