It is almost impossible to achieve the season pass with this system , they must offer to give your money back

You will have to log into your Microsoft account and go to payment & billing then select order history and there should be an option for a refund, if not you will have to contact xbox customer support or just contact your bank and ask for a refund. Hope this helped.

I suspect that the system will be tweaked given all the complaints. It might get better as time goes on. But if you are unsatisfied now it is probably better to seek a refund right away.

How does this whole gamepass system work anyways? I’m really confused. I’ve done multiple challenges, many games, yet still haven’t gotten any credits at all. What are the credits even for? Do I have to pay real money for some stuff? Does the gamepass include everything?

Credits are how you buy stuff in the shop and how to purchase the battle pass. Credits can only be bought with real world money.

Even if you buy the game (which is really only buying the campaign), you don’t get anything else in terms of customization.
The quicker you seek a refund betters your chances however, it is not guaranteed. Go-to your purchase history Easier to do this on a PC.
