I was sent here by xbox support a week ago when I first had an issue with waypoint and I was told I would get an answer from a moderator about my issue. I’ve not heard anything from anyone but a few responses from my peers. Does anyone know how I can make sure I get an answer from someone who works from 343?
Could you possibly link to your original post so folks who might be looking at it could see it? There has been a lot of churn in the forums, and its possible that due to the rapidly changing page, stuff could easily get missed.
You’ve posted on it before as well. I’m just waiting for a moderator to answer it as well. Fortunately I’ve spoken with xbox support and they are going to help me get an answer.

With so many posts coming into these forums it’s very easy to over look posts.

I’ve not received a message back from anyone and I just looked on my other post that the times I bumped the post were deleted but no answer from anyone. Is this really how customers are treated?
Most Microsoft call center employees and attendants have no idea what they’re talking about. Telling someone they “will” get an answer from a moderator is ignorant. I’ve seen BNet threads about them still sending people to Bungie for Halo-related support.

fortunately I know not to go to Bungie for the answers (even though I wish I could). It all depends on who I talk to at the call center. I got in touch with them a second time and received no answer then contacted them a third time and they said they escalated the issue for me and that they will get in touch with 343 for me to help me out. I just hope this works.
