I would love to see a sequel to the original (Halo 3: ODST) squad or even a new story altogether that has a focus on one individual’s life (like the “We Are ODST” trailer) but taken to a greater level. Bottom line though, after the reclaimer trilogy is over, 343i should look into a new ODST game.

I’m in complete agreement with this, they could expand so much more on the Rookies character.
