I’m getting network error message on my Xbox one halo wars 2 game. All other games work fine. It doesn’t download play lists and when I go to find game it says network error unable to retrieve play lists. The halo wars 2 online servers may be temporarily unavailabe. Who do I contact about getting a refund for this game because it’s the umpteenth problem I’ve had and I’ve had it now. Paid for definitive edition and have supported this game from the off. Always told my friends it would be fixed and defended the game etc. Was up to 14 on ranked 1 v1 leaderboards and rolling through everybody, would have got top 5 but kept lagging out. Had that problem for a the breadth of the game, changed ip and upgraded speed and still had same problem. Now I can’t even play the game. I’ve been had over and I’m extremely unhappy with the unfinished game I have been sold and want my money back. I have been mis sold this product and I will boycott both 343 and creative now. Absolute joke
You’re the first person I’ve heard about this happening to. Did you post in the support forums to see if anyone there has a fix?
Besides that I don’t think this is the place for a refund. Try messaging the Xbox Store.

Hey OP, there are threads in the support forums that are currently tracking disconnect issues. If you wish to seek a refund though, that would have to be done by either the retailer your purchased the game from or MS / XBL Support if you purchased digitally
