I bought a limited edition copy of halo 4 like alot of halo fans as i own every single one of them. Every single week Halo 4 resets all my loadouts and campaign progress in waypoint it says i havent unlocked all the terminals or halo 4 yet i recieved the achievement for doing so while connected to XBL and every once in a while my XP and/or level moves down. this is ruining my experience and from what i see very few people have this problem. making me feel as though 343 is doing something to my account for a reason. if i cannot simply enjoy halo for a continuation of my 10 yrs of fandom i would like to be able to send my game back. i see no point in playing a game that resets your progress whenever it feels like doing so.
Well I can tell you this much 343 is not targetting your account because like any company they want their fanbase to have an enjoyable experience.
I urge you to remain patient and I am certain they will assist you in any capacity possible.

No but seriously this seems like it affects a minority of people consider OP and Vakkan are the only people I’ve ever heard of having this problem. Sit tight and you might get an official response, if not, keep a lookout on this forum in case someone else does. Employee responses really are being in the right place at the right time on here.

yeah its still annoying me and this seems like the kind of server problem that would be an easy fix. it apparently aint my xbox and the game disc doesnt save anything on it… server hates me i guess. if i cant play a game i bought why have it?

If you can’t be patient with a brand new game with new publishers, trade it in for CoD and never post here again. Am I experiencing minor issues? Yes. Am I crying about it like its the end of the world? No. You won’t be missed.

just wait a little, im sure 343 will come up with a fix, (i hope)but either way, just play some custom games
