Ever since I bought the game it has had so many bugs so many issues and has been a terrible experience for me. I’m even getting disconnected while playing and I never get disconnected from any game. Just played a game against anders as forge and the game lasted about an hour I had everything to counter anders like i had so many stared units and still lost it makes no sense why I lost it was completely retarded. I deserve a refund from what I’ve gone through

Hey OP. Any refunds need to be handles by the retailer your purchased the game from. So that would be the physical store if you bought a disc version or XBL / MS support if you made a digital purchase through the store. 343 don’t have any kind of access to your account or billing info so can’t process refunds.
